St. Patrick’s Day has come early for Training by Liz, and we are happily helping moms and working professionals drop the pounds at Cannon School of Irish Dance in North Olmsted. With an expansive dance floor and a few tools, our exercisers are getting top-notch one-on-one training or semi-private training (up to four people).

So many times, I hear excuses about “time” being a problem.
Or, in the case of many moms, that they are last on the list after a busy day.
