Fitcamp is a boot camp style group workout that lasts merely 45 minutes and works all the major muscles in your body. The best workout is the one you haven’t done yet, and that’s what Fitcamp is. We meet four weeks either three or four times (7:00-7:45 p.m. M-Th and Saturdays 9:15-10:00 a.m.) and then we break for one week in order to give your body a well deserved recovery. Each four-week session is different, which causes utter confusion to your body and keep you progressing in your fitness goals.
This class is perfect for anyone seeking fat lost and a leaner, stronger body. Follow it up with our Saturday Exercise Therapy class, and you’ll boost recovery between workouts and help improve your flexibility.

“Spring Melt I” (Melt that winter fat storage with effective interval strength training.)
Each week within: 3/22-4/17
No Fitcamp Thursday 4/15 evening, make-up day 4/20
Week Off: 4/18-4/24 (Easter on 4/4) (Do your own workouts & eat properly)
“Spring Melt II” (Continue with Fitcamp to speed up your metabolism. Be part of the TxL “Fat Shredding Nutrition Coaching” program for ultimate fat-burning furnace.)

“Summer Slimdown I”* (Get beach-ready with total body movements that will burn mega-calories!)

“Summer Slimdown II”* (Continue sculpting your muscles and shedding fat.)

“Hard-Core Strength”* (Stick with us and you’ll be building amazing strength and fitness throughout the 30 different muscles that make up the foundation of your movement: “the core”.)
Each week within: 9/7-10/2 (No Fitcamp 9/6, Labor Day, make up day 10/4)
Week Off: 10/5-10/9 (Do your own workouts & eat properly)
“Fall Fat-Burn” (We are revving up our metabolic engines to produce vigorous shredding of fat! Pay close attention to your eating this month.)
Each week within: 10/10-11/6
Week Off: 11/7-11/13 (Do your own workouts & eat properly)
“High-Gear Holiday Heat!” (More of the same with advanced moves to keep the calorie-burning fires stoked during the trickiest time of the year. Put to use valuable tips to keep your fitness moving ahead during the holidays.)
Each week within: 11/14-12/18 (11/26 is day after Thanksgiving, so shall we meet a little later in the am, pending LCC approval)

“One-Minute Animal” (We’re all ready for New Year’s resolutions, but do we really give ourselves as much time as we need to devote to them? Well devote just 1-minute to each exercise and sweat away those holiday calories.)

“Cardiac Muscle Madness” (In honor of National Heart Month, we’ll take care of our cardiovascular health with another interval workout designed to melt away pounds and build your stamina!)

*During the summertime and warmer parts of fall, we move outdoors to enjoy beautiful landscapes and fresh air. We’ll use St. Mary’s as back up for inclement weather.
