Come join Training by Liz as we host a fundraiser for the impoverished families of the near West Side.  Through the ministries of Nueva Luz Urban Resource Center and MyCom, many needy families receive food, counseling and education.  But there is still more work to be done, especially as these families have almost no access to fresh produce and whole foods and cannot exercise safely in their neighborhoods.  What’s more, the one monthly meal that Nueva Luz gives these families is one of the only home-cooked meals they get in a month!  How can you help?
