I had the distinctive pleasure of meeting Hagerstown, Maryland’s top 30-minute fitness expert, Chad Smith, from Home Team Fitness in Hagerstown. He and his wife, Kat, run boot camps and personal training and are making a mark in Western Maryland.  We met at the Rocco Fitness Celebrity Branding Summit in Albuquerque last month.

Besides being a husband, father and entrepreneur, Chad is a specialist at doing efficient exercises.  That said, I just had to ask him about his most recommended exercise when it comes to strengthening the “core”.
