Welcome to the simple Training by Liz dynamic warm-up!

Dynamic warm-ups are ways to prepare the body for exercise by moving your limbs and torso and enabling a better stretch or range of motion in the process. Your nervous system will be better prepared for movement warming up this way. Save your holding stretches for after your workout.

How do you hold your stretches? Simply take any one of these movements and hold it for 20-30 slow counts. Not a bad deal, eh?
