Donovan Owens, the Godfather of Bootcamps, from Hutto, Texas runs a smashingly successful bootcamp called the Busy Women Bootcamps. He was at Rocco Castellano’s Fitness Celebrity Branding Summit, hence the beautiful mountains in the background.
In honor of Fitcamps “Hard-Core Strength” session this month, I wanted to get his take on one of the best exercises you can do for a tight mid-section and strong physique.
