The best workout is the one you haven’t done yet, and that’s what Fitcamp is: we change the workouts each month, sometimes more often so your fitness never stagnates!

Fitcamp is a boot camp style group workout that lasts merely 45 minutes and works all the major muscles in your body.  We warm up dynamically to prepare for the toughest 20 minutes of your day.  Some workouts might be more cardiovascular based and others will include more resistance (weights) using primarily body weight.  Then we end with static stretches and possibly yoga or some additional tummy strengthening movements.

Classes run for three weeks straight with one week off in order to give your body a well deserved recovery.  Choose among 6-6:45 a.m. Tuesdays & Thursdays and Saturdays at 9:15-10:00 a.m. and 7:00-7:45 p.m. M-Th. Each three-week session is different, which causes utter confusion to your body and keep you progressing in your fitness goals.

This class is perfect for any busy mom seeking fat loss and a leaner, stronger body.
